Amazing concert. Maybe 80…90?％ Japanese people know Jo Hisaishi, I think. Ghibli movies=Jo Hisaishi Princess of Mononoke is my most favorite Ghibli movie. Music, visuals, story, everything is beautiful. I feel like cry every time when I watch this movie. I always think I must not forget the soul as a Japanese. I recommend this movie.

You have to watch the movie to truly understand the music that Joe makes. Without Joe and without studio ghibli combining visual and acoustic art together we wouldn’t have this amazing art. My wife and I went to go see him perform live in Carnegie Hall in NY. It was always our childhood dream to go see him. He’s amazing. I need to go see him perform in Japan.

The part that the woman said "I'm not sad but emotional." This is very Interesting. Because she felt like that even she hasn't watched the movie. We Japanese would feel emotional from this music because some of the scenes in the movie come up mind, but she felt it without that. Maybe the music has already completed when the music was generated. This must be a masterpiece.

Subtitles at 2:55 "Princess Mononoke" is a great epic of history. Joe Hisaishi also incorporated Japanese scales and wrote an orchestral piece that matched the style of the movie. The big hit of the theme song "Princess Mononoke" also became a big topic. 「もののけ姫」は歴史を扱った一大叙事詩。 久石譲も和の音階を取り入れ映画の風格に見合ったオーケストラ曲を書き上げた。 主題歌「もののけ姫」の大ヒットも大きな話題となった作品。
