F - 22 but i think this moment was fulfilling if you choose to sacrifice your data to help a stranger get to the happy ending. the way 9s sacrificed his data to save 2b in the beggining. when 2b sacrificed herself to save 9s in the beginning of part c. and a2 saving 9s at the end. making the decision to sacrifice my data to rescue someone else made me feel closer to these characters. it wasnt a hard decision to make because im willing to play this dope game all over again.

I *think*, and I might be wrong, only one person might be needed to 'rescue' you, and thats the one data thats used, and then it just pulls other people who have given up their data. I have no idea though, not sure about the mechanics going on with it but I'm really curious as to how it works.

the bullet hell is literally impossible. when you reach a certain point, the letters get invincible... so the point here is that we help each other out of selflessness.

You have to finish the game to get the option to save someone else so the first player didn't have that option lol

No, and it doesn't need to be on a flash drive either. Just make a copy of the save file and place it in a different folder inside your PC.

I don't regret deleting everything after my first playthrough, cos, that moment of losing everything you have with no data restore lets you experience the game in its essence, personally living through their grief. So for those who circumvented the main intent of this, they would never be able to feel that moment of loss. Not that it's absolutely needed for a game that already hits you with a mother load of feels.

i could never back up my save... it takes away the impact and real sacrifice to help another player in need beat the final boss and save the characters they care about most. its beautiful to think a game would does something awful to you then gives you the player a chance to make everything right by breaking the fourth wall like crazy

My husband and I sacrificed our save data, I hope we are out there helping out others get to the final ending. There was something very moving and touching about it, and we sat crying in silence as we watched the game wipe itself out. We have an archive of the file, as we have most our games, but have never touched it again after sacrificing it. It feels wrong to do so. May we be able to aid another crying out for help.

This game is not a game it's a Masterpiece of a human mind, a possibility what our mind can achieve.. most games have roughly 2-4 ending RPG type, however this particular game have so many different endings depending on your choice.

So I didn't know this was coming. Just got to ending E tonight. 70% of trophies, 66hrs of gameplay. There were a few straggler side quests I was going to use ch select to go back and do; I hadn't even gotten to do the DLC I paid for and get to see 2B in her hubba hubba outfit... But I couldn't not do it. Someone sacrificed their save for me and I felt it was my duty to do the same. I took a loving final glance at my new title screen, wiped my tears, took the disc out and put it in its case and back onto the shelf and deleted the game off my HD. Thank you devs and SE for this, the most unique game experience I've ever had.

Anan Sang Don't worry. The game itself pretty.much tells you that can happen. Part of what makes the ending impactful is that they tell you every possible future your sacrifice can bring, and it's still worth it.

I just did this myself. I'll admit it, throughout that whole ending I was crying not-so-manly tears. Knowing that there were folks out there that sacrificed their save files to help me just kinda...yeah. Of course, I gave up mine as well....and then forgot I didn't finish all the endings so I didn't get the Transcendent Being achievement. Oh well - game's so damn awesome I'll happily play through it again.

I just finished the game right now 07.13.2020_9:76pm_ Lvl 78_ 678,998G_ 76% weapons 87% Intel 16/26 Endings 36:57 hours of total play time. But I still sacrifice my save for the sake of others.(and quite possibly for the symbolic title screen, but who knows what made me do it). I gotta say that for my very first RPG game of whatsoever, I felt many emotions for this game.

I felt obligated to delete my save file because I accepted help, but I hadn't even gotten close to 100% completing the game. I just got ending C, decided to use chapter select to get ending D and see what happened... then before I knew it my data was gone. So I am basically replaying the game and trying to avoid getting ending E until I've done everything else this time. You REALLY feel the loss when you weren't finished with your file yet but they put you in that awkward bind of having to redo everything afterwards. At least it's easier the second time...

Who would ever think of this on a game. "9/10" When someone help me finish the Ending, it made me cried because I thought I wont ever get the ending. Also realizing, thier sacrificed data was destroyed and lost forever because It protected me from death... thinking about it, kinda it sad there data is no more. So, I wont sacrifice yet because I need to do more things in the game, doing the side quest and unlock all endings. Thank you for the sacrifice I will continue.

Set difficult to easy before start the final boss and ecquip all the auto-chips (usable only on easy mode) than let the AI to complete the whole minigame...you won't need any online help *_#
