Reddit Lucio is fun but only works on occasion. Lucio works best in ladder enabling others, primarily the tank. When you figure this out you'll start to see that you're actually dictating the fights because the engagements and disengagements are at your fingertips. Granted that's not always possible without comms but it still works without them sometimes. Also, peeling is a major strong suit for Lucio because you can be in any fight in the blink of an eye and you have boop to get the enemy away.

Tip for well, control the highground on the roof near the well not only do you deny that space from the enemy team which in and of itself is value but you also are in a prime spot to boop people into the well and to boop people past the choke which is big. Also you create space by diverting attention, just watch out for hog hook when ur poking the enemy team out to get them to look at you

lucio is really fun starting out, but 10 hours isn’t enough. i feel like 100 hours is required to start getting good value out of him. at first a lot of the hostile map geometry can make him seem clunky but once you can make the movement more muscle memory you unlock so many opportunities and different ways to play
