My grandma would gouge the eye sprout's out of the tubers then plant them and eat what was left. Yes, they were dirt poor with a large family in the 40s and 50s.

The Allis G tractor has been converted to battery electric by many people who have small farms. The drive train is similar to a large golf cart. Two new companies are build a modern version of the G!

We called the vintage Allis Chalmers G model a "Grasshopper" many hours spent planting and cultivating on one

That's really awesome, I've never seen something like that before. I feel like this is a dumb question but I think I'll ask anyway, why is the planter wearing gloves? Thanks for posting this video!

But it looks like you already have a potato. You don't plant seeds? You plant, instead, a mature potato?
@interestingyoutubechannel19 жыл бұрын
the potato is the potato seed.

+Cyber EMR Estrella No, just a stupid ignorant city slicker. Just seems strange that you grow a potato so that you can plant it to grow another, which you then use to grow another, and so on and so forth.
@jasonhughes53298 жыл бұрын
+huskyjerk You plant one 'seed' potato that, in turn, produces 15 more potatoes.

Made me sick just thinking about all the exhaust fumes the fellow in back is breathing... I usually wear a bandana if im working behind my old gas tractor or about 2 hours of work is all I can handle behind it.
