U can use any ore above coal item or block form to make lucky weapons and potions. This also works for lucky blocks which makes silk touch a GOD enchant

Also, about that skeleton, man was rich, got a bow with every enchant on it and a rare enchant combination, man was living (unintended pun, but I’m rolling with it) in style. Fun little fact, if you put any lucky item (lucky bow/lucky sword) in the crafting table with any ore, like iron or diamonds, or even diamond blocks, etc, the luck will increase, and you can bring down the luck too if you put it in the crafting table with rotten flesh, or undead mob loot, and spider eyes, hope this helps buddy!
