Installing Side covers, and replacing engine oil high pressure relief valve.
over tightening side covers will make them leak as much as having them too loose.
There is a "trick" to installing the high pressure relief valve.

Alex there should be some steel wool inside the tappet cover with the crankcase ventilation tube. Is there to prevent oil droplets to come out, make sure that you have that there, I did not see it in the video. As always that’s for putting this together your content is priceless.

Question about the cork gaskets: are they mounted loose, or did you "glue" them with a bit of liquid gasket maker to their covers?

Uh... Yeah... So I actually cut out a whole section of the video about gasket fitting. I actually flipped the small cover and mounted it upside down. Seemed to seal better. And, yes, I used ultra black high temp silicone gasket sealer. I did not put much confidence in that one bolt holding up over time. Ultra black is good stuff

@@AlexPlatacis Right, I see. Having to mount it vertically would make it more complicated to mount the cork gasket in the correct position if it were able to move freely. Seeing what you were doing reminded me of the rocker cover, where often the cork is "glued" with a bit of sealant to the cover, but not glued to the engine head. So that the cover can be removed easily, and the cork gasket can be reused.
