Thing about flexibility is, you have to maintain it to be able to stay on a certain level of flexibility. If you don't do your stretches for a certain time, you will lose what you were able to do. I'm assuming Jimin is *that* dedicated to his craft that he keeps stretching and practicing his tricks to be able to keep doing them. Core strength is also very important with certain styles of dance and tricks. Not many people know, but core strength is also very important for pirouettes. Also the matrix move he does, it's a fun thing, but he for sure maintain's his core strength to keep being able to do such things. It seems easy for Jimin, but it takes hard work to be able to do those things, and it *ALSO* takes hard work to *KEEP* being able to do those same things.

yes nigel, part of why parents in my country encourage their kids to take martial arts is because the discipline that comes with it. you can see martial art masters are humble and seemingly not harmful. they pride themselves in their discipline and mental strength
