So true about not going out on Saturdays! I use to love it! I am only 24, but been there done that! Got the T-shirt! Would much rather stay at home now with some good company and a bottle of wine!

Nigella Kitchen S01E01 You Know It Makes Sense 2223pm 4.1.25 hmmmmmm... noodles in the soup? maybe.... but i am just getting into the throw it all on a pan and see what happens regimen re: soup making. i think peas spoil the soup... too earthy in a soup - as i have just found... but the chilli and pepper in the soup are a nice touch. though the chilli and peppers are not that strong... hmmmmm...

Nigella Kitchen S01E01 You Know It Makes Sense 2226pm 4.1.25 oscar wilde? what did he do..... was he a chef or a bon vivant or critic or something? if its the guy i'm thinking of didnt he point out that it's quite telling that those who are amiable with you are usually the one's sticking the boot in... anyway, i am very very very very drunk. as in keith floyd which is cockney rhyming clang for unemployed.

Dunia zad Denna isnt it already seasoned by the ocean and already with wine and lemon? I think that’s good enough
@beccablueeyes99
@beccablueeyes99 6 жыл бұрын
Dunia zad Denna not everything needs to be seasoned to the gills. Some things are about the subtlety and natural flavours. Is your opinion about it being bland coming from an assumption or did you actually follow the recipe and cook it yourself?

You don't need salt in a salami based and canned beans dish, it already got plenty of salt... And mussels hold a bit of salted liquid inside, she used plenty mussels to salt the entire recipe. And she put salt in the chicken, so your nagging comment is invalid. People always saying "omg how does she eats so much and isn't fat?" Too much salt will make you hold liquid, will mask the flavors of the dish and with time, you become "numb" to it, so you use more and more. Also, I'm pretty sure she uses top notch ingredients, you don't need to add a lot of salt because it already got a killer natural flavor. For the last recipe, she used chicken stock, which is already salty, and fish sauce. Also used the chicken leftovers, which were cooked with salt

Folks in the comments need to shuudup already about the salt. Bunch of babies. Nigella can do whatever she likes in these shows. If _you_ make one of her recipes then you can salt it however you like or leave out the salt. Too funny.
