Because many Taiwan companies want to build a factory 🏭 in Africa but the one china policy gives china the power to operate agents and police in this country and make it hot for Taiwanese business owners to work. I'm into business, and I have dealt with both players, and Taiwan is what Nigerians SME need, come to Vietnam and see the amount of facilities and factory Taiwan owner, the company chips we using are made by Taiwan.
