Are you guys serious? Is Nigeria trying to lecture Australia on how to treat religion with respect? Firstly, Australia is one of the most tolerant countries in the world when it comes to religious freedom and peace. Although some Muslims in Australia may play victim of racism, this is not true because they always like to be the center of attention. Other Muslim communities in other suburbs are relatively peaceful. What needs to be understood is that Western values such as freedom are not always agreed upon by those who call themselves Muslims but like to keep living in western world which doesn't make any sense. If you don't like western values, go and live in any country where they practice your religion or in the middle east, that is a very simple solution right? As for the Nigerian president talking rubbish, he should look at Northern Nigeria where there is a large population of Muslims killing, kidnapping, and raping Christians without any repercussions from fellow Muslims. He needs to take a good look in the mirror before speaking about these issues. What would you call a religion that is full of terrorists, taking innocent people hostage and taking justice into their own hands by beheading people? I'll leave it to you to answer.
