Another excellent video, fibercement board will sure bring down the price of buildings because wooden or light metal framed residential buildings can be built faster & cheaper, heavy metal buildings cladding, the only problem is the location because of security. The gas problems, the European are only looking for temporary solutions; environment problems with fossil fuels, there is presently a ban on any European Bank financing New fossil fuel projects, then they want to be carbon neutral by 2035, they have wild fire from environmental changes, most of their cities are prone to flooding if global warming continues, I think we should be investing in polymerization plant for our lng to turn it to plastic, even almost 20% of cars is made from plastic now and start most of our university to start offering course in plastic and elastomeric techniques, we can be what Hong Kong used to be, and that was one the things that helped perfect China revolution. Great job NedMedia! Another high quality production of immense importance to the growth of Nigeria's economy. We talked about the importance of holding politicians accountable for projects they undertake, or in some cases, undermine. Can you imagine where the country would've been today if politicians allocated enough money and supervision to the Ajaokuta Steel Complex? I heard you mention NITEL, which was the flagship project of the 70's under Gen Yakubu Gowon. Corruption led to somebody trying to set the whole building on fire. So, please keep the light shinning brightly on these projects, so we can hold those officials accountable. Finally, please do an expose' on Cross River State, because for the past several years there hasn't been any projects launched by the current administration, and the one before it. These characters who call themelves professors better return to the classroom and leave management to the professionals. Once again, thank you for your excellent production and presentation. Big time industrial facilities, that's what we're talking about. And it must span the length and breath of the country, not weighing on just one local or region alone. All areas of the country must have serious industrial establishments, lots of them, this would create real and meaningful job opportunities for young and middle ages of all sexes. It will keep people busy, taking them out of truancies, putting money in people's pockets, real money and not those crazy silliness of those idiotic ritual nonessential stuff we hear much about these days. And at the same time, bring volumes of tax revenue to the areas and the country at large. An intelligent win/win situation for the people, and for the country in totality. This very industry shown here is a good start, looking forward to more good news like this in not too long a distance. Kudos.

Just $50m built a massive company that will employ hundreds of not thousands of people. That means the $19bn that the Buhari govt has spent fighting insecurity would have built 380 such companies.
