Though there are service issues with Air Peace, Allen Onyema is actually a forerunning business man and compared to other local Nigerian airlines, he has had a lot of pushback to overcome. Naaaa...the review on the flight attendant was waaaayyy too harsh. You were expecting more than necessary and who knows...you may have given her the stares that made her nervous. Recording people, also, without their consent has downsides as well - she was struggling with the fact that you were recording her, whilst working. Most people will not be comfortable with that. I have entered a few local and international flights and I have NEVER seen any attendants have conversations with you, outside "hello, thank you for choosing whatever airline...and what would you like to have". You are only asked if you are okay, whenever they see you leave your seat or act weird or suspicious or when you need something. You are given the meal and that's it. I would NEVER defend a mediocre service and with what we saw, she did just okay/fine. She smiled...served you...if she waited to hand you things or take them, that could be her preferred method of service. She was probably trying to do well by you, having known your reputation with the airline. Your expectations were very unnecessary and misplaced. That's the kind of service you expect at a restaurant or hotel. Your review of that lady was earnestly, cringey.

Based on your report I would happily fly them. Nigerian food tends to be spicy and if I saw 'pepper' in the description I would avoid it! There were three other non-spicy options. The stewardess seemed fine although, as another reviewer said, customer attitudes are different. It would however be interesting to have an economy (relating to the majority of us) review. Also comparative costings - between economy/club and other airlines, for the same routing.

Hi Josh, You’re simply the best. I never miss your episodes. You’ve brought the world to my laptop. Try a milder version of the pepper soup next time. Great job!

You know Josh, if you had concerns about the mail or wanted to interact with the crew on a better note. That is your job as a customer and also as a content creator to engage if you truly chose to. It seems as if you were expecting someone to fulfill your needs without explaining what your needs are. Also keep in mind a lot of flight attendants don’t have final say on meal presentation or marketing. That may be something that European carriers and American carriers will take engagement on. But there are many international carriers that they do not go to their flight crew to gain feedback. And also knowing who you are and the review that you gave them last time, she probably didn’t want to interact too much with you to ruffle feathers. Because you also stated that the crewmembers realize who you were. So if you had concerns or want to interact with the crew members or interact with the general public, it’s OK on your part also say hello and to create an engagement that creates dialogue in both directions.

Excellent video from my home airport. I laughed so hard when, during the loo review you said 'I don't do these any more, but as this is a special flight, I had to squeeze one in'. I thought.....After that spicy meal, you'll struggle squeezing one out later.......lol

Great review, it’s nice to see a positive 2 year growth, of Air Peace. What apps do you use, when booking your flights.

Wow! My first time watching your video and it reveals a lot about Nigeria. Good to see that Air peace passed your review, having worked so hard to make Nigeria proud again. I hope the management will watch this and take some learning points for improvement. Keep up the good work Josh. I subscribed..Well done!

You just got a new subscriber. Am Nigerian. And I loved the fact you tasted our goat pepper soup🤣and yes that fried plantain. It's called dodo and is eaten with rice or beans. awesome video 👍

😊 I sit back and watch as this guy - this idi0t - who shouldn't be worth our time of day keeps spouting off blatant lies about Air Peace and the flight attendants. You know what he's saying is a big pile of horse shit, right? But no! You lot sit back and listen, swallowing whole the garbage fed to you instead of setting the goddamn record straight. What, is it because the flight attendant is not a relative of yours? What happened to the humanity we used to pride ourselves on? Where's the objective view? Next time you see or hear something that is evidently wrong, don't just stand there and nod like a bloody bobblehead. Step up and do what's right. Trust me, it's not as hard as you're making it look!

It must be hard for cabin crew sometimes, when someone is reviewing them. Especially after an already bad review in the past.

There is nothing entertaining about this guy's comments. He has forgotten that some of us fly European airlines. Flights are delayed in the UK, among others. Have you forgotten? It's a joke. You are tearing down an entrepreneur's business all in the name of criticism. Typical. You are the only none Nigerian on board according to you. How do you know that the other Black folks on the plane are Nigerian?

It appears to be very daunting and overwhelming from the moment you step off the plane "do you have something for my coffee" to being approached by all the different drivers when all you want to do is get to your hotel

Great video. I love your work. That said, I think you might have been a bit hard on the FÃ serving you. Some cultures and people are very deferential and shy and don’t engage easily in banter and small talk. I agree that more training is needed but saying she wasn’t hired for her customer service skills sounded a bit harsh.

The fact remains that Air peace will lower the cost of flight ticket compared to what other passengers from other countries are charged to travel a further distance. Rome was not built in a day. We must continue to support our own period. I don't see anybody discussing reason why Nigerians are being charged an outrageous amount to travel a shorter distance compared to passengers travelling further and paying less. I guess it's all about controlling the narratives......
