Good Morning Mr JD. If the young gentleman is to go to Germany, he'll have to learn the German language to get admitted into their speciality colleges. I know there is a lady in Kenyan (Phd) who has a college in Kenya that teaches the German language and assists in getting her students into speciality colleges in Germany. Her college in Kenya is recognised and supported by the German government. I do not know if Nigeria has such arrangements.
