Well, i disagree with this speaker. You can't be saying the Federal Govt should appropriate the savings from fuel subsidy across the states in a federal system of govt like Nigeria. Why should so much power be added to the federal govt when already they have too much than they should? Every state has it's unique needs and they shllould be allowed to go about it the way it will benefit their people. I also dont belief that using the formula of Abacha will help in a democracy.
