No offense, but I've lived in both countries as well and I disagree on every one of your views. I find it to be the complete opposite as well. Especially with the physical appearance. I found that Nigerians tend to be on the shorter and smaller side (particularly being shorter) and in Ukraine, as well as many other European countries men, as well as women, are much taller and generally more built. But anyways, just sharing my opinion.
@tianahsdiary84167 жыл бұрын
I mostly talked about men here and from the onset i stated the height difference. I'm sorry but I would have to disagree with you on that. Just the same way you find all statures everywhere you go is the same way you'll find it here in Ukraine and also in Nigeria. I mostly talked about the average height. On the average they have a lot of average men when it comes to height and the same thing applies to their women as well. :-) Thanks for your support!

Oh i agrree that we can agree to disagree i was just sharing my opinion based off of what i saw and also taking many other factors into account. But cool stuff, i bet it's fun living in two different countries:)

I have to agree. Northern European countries are all listed in the top 20 tallest countries. The top 10 countries are all western-central European. Nigeria is listed in the top ten shortest countries at 1.638m. I think if you compare Danish to Italians its like apples and oranges. The Italians are short, the Danes are tall. Nigerians are among the shortest, but Ethiopians are among the tallest.

I think it really depends on what part of Kiev or Nigeria you are. People in really big cities tend to be more fashionable regardless of the country

What is it like safety wise as a black woman? I'm black but I was born and live in London. I've wanted to visit Ukraine (Kiev, Lviv and Odessa) for a while but from what I've read online today it's very unsafe as a foreigner or person of colour especially with officials and the bullying and bribe tactics they use. But on the other hand I've also read conflicting stories of pleasant and trouble-free stays (from people of colour). I often travel solo but want to meet some people there to share my experiences with. Please let me know as I am super worried about it!

Ukrainian's and many Slavic men appear bigger built than west Africans tbh more bulkier looking I mean, maybe the Africans look more toned, but the Ukrainian's definitely appear bigger and stronger built And according to the internet the average Nigerian man is 5,4 1/2 and the average Ukrainian man is 5,9 1/2.. which makes senses as a lot of Nigerian people I have met were on the shorter side
@kingace44276 жыл бұрын
Pretty fair comparison but I always thought Ukrainian men were taller on average from experience being around Nigerians and Ukrainians but everyone is different I guess. Good vid.

@st.constantine79357 жыл бұрын
If you visit Nigeria you will come away with the impression that more people are fit, but I think that has a lot more to do with the age structure of Nigeria. Nigeria is a very young place, where more than 70% of the population is under 35-yrs of age. Ukraine is the complete opposite. The average Ukrainian is much older, therefore out of their prime. If you visit Nigeria and 70% of the population is young and in their prime, then of course you're going to come away with the perception that they must be stronger.

I think this was pretty interesting. I know a couple of Nigerian men (who have lived in the UK for several years) and they don't act anything like the way you described. But, that could be because they're so influenced by British culture. I also know Ukrainian men and the way you describe them somewhat fits with the way these guys are, but not completely. The Ukrainian guys I know are all really fit and being in shape is really important to them. So they're not really as into drinking or smoking. Anyway, thanks for sharing your opinions. I want to go to Ukraine and I enjoy videos like this as almost no one talks about Ukrainian men - it's always about the women.

I-AM-THE-ARCHITECT I don't remember saying anything to you. well, majority of black men are with black women. and its not all black women that act ghetto, stop labeling black women. I live in Canada, black women out here are much more decent and more modest. and there are plenty of white women that are ghetto, loud ect, however you guys choose to ignore that. anyway, I get your point :/.
@TheM8trixHasYou7 жыл бұрын
melanist b-I owe you an apology, I was not "specifically" directing my comment towards you, in was a comment that was ~in general~.... I just feel that if "some" black women not all but some, would simply modify their behavior in a positive way, then they would not have to worry about going to other countries to find love. Lastly black men need to improve their behavior in certain area's as well...
@melanistb58737 жыл бұрын
I-AM-THE-ARCHITECT are you black? Lol, I think you're a black male. However, I was not upset. And yes, some WOMEN should improve their behaviours in many areas. But it's not that I have to go to other countries to find love. I like black men, I've been asked out by many black men. However, growing up, I've always found European men attractive, especially Ukrainian and Russian etc. And black men are very attractive too :)), don't get me wrong, I love them. But I'm more drawn to European men, not American men, just European. And it's not that I can't find love where I'm from, I just always wanted to visit these places. Don't assume please. And many European men have asked me out, but... they're always the ones that smoke :/.

One of the reasons why Ukrainians are less muscular is that protein-rich foods cost too much (as you noted in of you videos). People don't get enough protein for generations. It's even worse in Russia, where body mass deficiency in the draftees has been a problem for the army, especially during 90-ies and 00-ies. But the main reason is genetics, I think.
@tianahsdiary84167 жыл бұрын
Леонид Краснов Very true.. it's one of the most expensive staple food here. Also, not a lot of variety of foods.
@equario7 жыл бұрын
Леонид Краснов not true. Ukraine is famous for the protein-rich food, such as eggs, meat, and dairy product. As such, these foods are quite accessible and affordable.

@Hyperborean Colonialism Russia as a country may be relatively rich but the majority of the country's citizens aren't.
@equario7 жыл бұрын
High-protein food is expensive in Ukraine? I tend to disagree. Eggs, chicken, and dairy products are very cheap here. While shrimps and seafood are quite expensive. The problem is not in the food itself, it's that not soo many Ukrainians guys, as you mention in your video, exercise.
@tianahsdiary84167 жыл бұрын
sorry I didn't explain further when I stated that. I meant the sea foods. We both agree that they are more expensive especially getting the fresh ones. Maybe you're right on that, I mean I only know a few of them. from my observations, the ones that go to the gym are either too into gyming or some just want to lose weight while the rest (not a lot) go as per sexy body. on the contrary, their women really make good use of the gym. a good percentage of them have really good forms.
@equario7 жыл бұрын
equario, Indeed the sea food, especially fresh one is quite expensive. Just many Ukrainian men don't work out at all. They eat a lot and properly, but seldom do exercises.

Just started watching your videos and I'm not impressed at all, I'm a Nigerian schooling in Ukraine specifically Uzhhorod and I'm only 5.7 in height and a lot of Nigerians too are not more than 6 ft here, the Ukrainian men average is 5:9 while Nigerian men's average is 5:6 ,statitics can prove this. Nigerian men may be stronger that's not something to argue about Africans are survivers but in terms of height and fitness , you don't want to compare Nigerians to Ukrainian, I mean this people love looking good

This video is complete rubbish. This lady has nothing really intellectually graded to talk about. Her statements are based on her poor assumptions and no realistic statistics are available in Nigeria that she would have drawn her statements from. The video is just a show-off. You should compare Nigerian men to other African men first before crossing over to Europe.
