nah bro we should correct this leadership thing.....just one law by a stupid politician stops everything. one year investors in my country Botswana invested in a mall in neighbouring Zambia then the new president came and changed laws saying foreigners must give imagine give shares to locals. our pensions! and thats why its safer to invest in western countries. its about the rule of law

@@tutotutot5193 You seemed to have misinterpreted my position. The *solution* is in supporting good leaders, not in complaining about bad ones. As long as people support leaders, based on age, tribal affiliation, religious affiliation, party affiliation, incumbency, sex or lineage, we will continue to have problems in leadership. If we spend as much time promoting good leaders, as we do attacking bad ones, we would be in a better position. Most leaders are elected (and stay in power) by default because we are not even aware of alternative leadership.

He started in The Gambia first in the late 80's. Unfortunately we had a very bad and evil president who ruled with an iron fist and terrorized the whole Gambia. A lot of people ran away because he kills people like chicken or sent you to jail for no apparent reason. He was in the middle of his business when the president tried to gave him problems so he left The Gambia and went to Nigeria and then started building houses.

Ghana baby and you Mr. Taft are what African Americans need to see. So that we as African Americans will want to come back home where we were first born. I pray that everything that you touch will be Blessed by God Almighty. Mr. Taft you are the messenger that Africa needs to see and hear. I will do everything that I can do to promote your business by contacting anyone that I may know that has influence to the World. Wode Maya set the fire for African American to see the real Africa. And YES, WE WILL!!! . 😉 Diasporans of African Americans are Already MOVING to GHANA 🇬🇭, as we are speaking 🔊. They say History 📃 Always repeats itself..Remember, Our Great Ancestors of AFRICA 🌍 were Kings 🤴 and Queens 👸 and Prince 🤴 and Princesses 👸..Our African Ancestors were Already living a VERY Prosperous life before the Arab and European, Portuguese had invaded the Motherland of AFRICA 🌍 and had taken our Ancestors by FORCE into Captivity and then at that point, the Portuguese called them "Slaves"..Well, Today our "400" years of SLAVERY Is OVER..Diasporans of African Americans have returned back to the Motherland of AFRICA 🌍, and we claiming Our Land back. God is good. Let's give all praise 👏 to God Almighty for making Our Journey back to the Motherland of AFRICA, Possible. I smiled throughout this video.Saying Mr Taf was an incredible and inspirational man would be a massive understatement.Mr Taf said "we have a moral obligation to create jobs for our african brothers." This is a statement of someone who truly embodies pan africanism and looks out for his own.Long live mr Taf and of course Wode maya-African's ambassador.Taf city/the gambia is going to look very different in the coming years all thanks to people like mr Taf

Yes. The tree planting philosophy in his estates are huge winning game changers for me because that's what's lacking in most housing estates in Nigeria: lack of greenery, lack of trees.

My respect to TAF 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Not sure if someone already mentioned in the comments; I would suggest the following: - replace the mosque 🕌 with a Museum - replace the church ⛪ with a Cultural Center I assume we're all adults here and I do not need to expatiate. Wade Maya, you have been giving hope to many Africans👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

Just love what Mr. Taf is doing throughout Africa. Love that he pays attention to replanting every tree 6 times when one tree has to be destroyed. He's playing an important role in insuring that desertification never make it to these areas where he's developing. In addition, hes providing good paying well needed jobs for Africans.
