It’s supremely creepy that this is a situation which unsettled *Rohan Kishibe* to the point that he regrets getting involved, with no caveats. This is a man who considered buying 4 mountains and bankrupting himself to be entirely worth it, because he saw a Yokai with his own eyes. And remember that said Yokai nearly possessed him and enslaved his will when they met. It’s one thing for most other characters in this series to think something is out of their league. But Rohan is so insanely high on himself, so supremely confident, that it’s legitimately disturbing that this encounter shook him to his core.

Read the manga last year, had this hunch that there's something about those wing-like marks on the muscles ( reference to Hermes). Doing quick research, Hermes is known for being clever and ridiculously fast (hence his messnger of the gods role) and outsmarting a being/person like that is what makes Rohan a good character in the JoJo series. And at the least, Rohan maintained his smug and high perception of himself from part 4 to this OVA.

1 - Rohan said that there was no way Yoma was at the base of the building anymore, hence why he won't run into him. 2 - The point was *not looking down* on Yoma to humiliate/belittle him.
