Hi Ned , happy to see you had a nice family time there, I stayed there about 2 years ago, the room was nice and the staff and customer service were outstanding, but it reminded me that people should inquire to see if they have all day construction going on, of which they did, most places won't advise you of this, but I would stay there again if the air travel opens again for tourists. I stayed at Mike's Dauin Beach Resort several years ago. It really was a nice place. Only problem is that it is kind of remote and the taxi that the hotel would arrange for us cost us 600 pesos one way to get to Dumaguete city. Then we found a trike to take us back for about half that price. But other than that I would definitely return there again.

We went diving that day just at Dauin Poblacion. A lot of people were out because of the brownout hahaha. We usually dive with Mike's but they didn't have diving due to the pandemic.
