I don’t even ship these two (I’ve read a few fanfics but still didn’t really vibe with the ship - I just can’t with Billy, he’s too much of a prick) but I really enjoyed this edit. The clips you picked and the order you placed them. The way they’re both edited to the beat and the lyrics, creating a sort of flow and rhythm. You always intersperse the video with the scene with Steve and Dustin of the train tracks and the love advice. The part between 1:34 and 1:51 (and I know the scene with the hand sliding down the fogged car window is from Supernatural lol I’ve watched that show too much). You always parallel a moment between Steve and Billy: their scenes at Tina’s party back to back; Steve chugging down the beer then Billy doing the keg stand; Steve running from the demo dogs and then Billy running from the mindflayer with the lyrics actually calling attention to running; them both smoking; Billy telling him to draw a charge then you cutting to Steve standing up to him and telling him to get out etc. Don’t really enjoy the ship; LOVE this edit. Fantastic job. I can tell I’ll find more things to enjoy when I watch it more than 1.5 times lol. Edit: what’s the scene from 0:46 to 0:48 from? The kissing? It’s not Stranger Things (I don’t think) and I don’t recognize it.
