what guitar/amp/pedal/etc did you use for 0:51 - 1:15 ? im trying to recreate it on my setup and I can't get that twang you have

I don't remember, could be Guitar Rig since I used that for the distorted sound (could also be the amp plugin in Logic). But it's mainly down to the strat (pickup selector in the 4th position). I also use an old Boss CS-2 compressor set to max sustain.
