Do not completely avoid salt and sugar in India. You need that for recovery according to the weather. Most of these outlets use very healthy rock salt. And the sugar is mostly Cane sugar.The red sweet sauce is syrup made of strawberry extracts and Rose extracts.

vada pav, its actually a snack made with smashed potatoes , mixed with spices dipped in gram flour and deep fried - i.e vada, mostly acompanied or eaten with by paav or bread... if u really want to try vada pav come to mumbai, maharashtra ... it is a delicacy over here also this dish originates in mumbai!!!! there are varieties of vadapav in mumbai and thane!!! welcome to india a land of diversity!!!

chap you had from combo thali is made from soya chunks and beans with flour hence the sandy texture. its veg not chicken. xD the puffed bread is called bhatura and is supposed to with the chickpea curry which is called chole. and when its spicy it is best.

I love this video and everything about, it features the diverse foods available in india, and its why our nation is so infamous for its multilayered cuisine and delights. I also visited this place and I can attest to the fact that its delicious and so mouth watering....but I was kinda bamboozled by how many options were there so I had a hard time figuring out what to order and i still feel bad to this day that i couldnt try all of them.. for those who dont know, its called masala chowk and its full of delicious food, if you ever visit jaipur, do plan a visit to this place, trust me you wont be disappointed and you will be kinda surprised by the wholesome offerings and a wide array of food to choose from!!!

For information you should pay attention here, some important rules followed by Indians about food i.e. 1)70% Indians doesn't visit eateries too often 2) Street eateries r occasional destinations to visit, I can say people visit here twice/once a week only. 3) the most unknown fact for foreigners is 75% Indians loves home made food, which is very average spicy, and its also a compulsion for every family members to eat at home regularly,some exceptions are here and there,25% r those who staying away from home for various purposes,so they have to eat somewhere outside. 40% youngsters plus children loves spicy food and mostly they does eat street food in the form of snacks or chat,30% adults prefers non spicy & healthy food.4) 30% worker class depends on street food,can't say regularly but average is 4 times a week.

You made me remember my trip to Jaipur. I too stayed at Blue Beds Hostel. lol on the right there was McDonald, we guys used to have breakfast there and then go to explore the city. Anyway, I have been watching you guys for the past couple of videos and I would suggest that you guys could collaborate with other local KZbinrs of that place as they know more about food and culture. Plus you will be safe around them. Just the kid in the video said Dal Batti churma. It's a famous dish in Jaipur. Likewise, Chole Bhature and soya chap(Red and white gravy curry) is a famous dish in Delhi, and Vada Pao is a famous dish in Mumbai. Nonetheless, I am glad you enjoyed your stay in India. I miss India as I am in the USA studying so thank you for this video!

the red sauce in icecream was not chemical but strawberry syrup/ sauce.. it s mostly fruit pulp with sugar to preserve it n is used to balance the tanginess of fruit n some ppl belive tht dessert shd be sweet 😊 i m from jaipur n wd always suggest u to take suggestions from locals there are many ppl who are fluent in english n its always safe to approach a family or women for suggestions.. but ya overly friendly n smiling n chirpy attitude is considered as welcoming from certain section of men hovering on roads here, loafers if i may call them.. ppl cant mind their own business here.. always willing to help..hope u loved our town.. visit again.. best wishes..
