@@mariletydiaz1207 good question. I have no idea. Sounds like a question for night owl. I can only assume you can reset the password. Anyone else have this issue with their system?

@DanielGarcia-ew2oq the problem is that the app is not working to re-set the password .. I click on forgot password-then they send me the code to reset it...I type the new password and the app doesn't have the button to proceed with the password change!! I've called Night Owl several times and left messages and no call back!! It is very frustrating....I paid almost $500 for this set of cameras and they're not even 2 yrs old!

@@lauralee321 On my system you can set a recording time on each camera and then have it repeat daily.

Not a robust system, I installed it at my holiday home in Sri Lanka two years ago. The house is protected with a Lightning Conductor as well as a surge protector (TVSS). Out of the 8 cameras only three are working today. I have been losing cameras in very short order. Does not appear that they are put together with quality material. Expensive junk.😡
