I was 22 when this came out. Today, 40 years later, with this blasting on the stereo and the top down I'm suddenly 22 again and then aches, pains and cares of the last 40 years fade away. The power of great music. Thank you for the trip. Keep finding those gems.

So happy you guys reacted to this....this is my all time fav band since '82. I've seen them live well over 30 times and this one of the earliest songs by them and IT"S ALWAYS in their setlist, I highly suggest you check out a show as they STILL bring live. their live show blows away bands 30 years younger than them

Even with the guitars, this is a pretty mellow song. This was for hanging out at the casa, down at the beach, summer days in the park. Always wanted a girl who could sing me away, definitely a keeper with that talent!

Me and a friend went to 6 flags over Texas in the late 80'-90's and at the end of the night walking out to the parking lot. Unbeknownst to us Night Ranger was playing live in the parking lot for free. I guess. But we worked our way up close to the front and the weed was flowing freely in the air. 😂

Night Ranger helped out Michael Jackson with some guitar playing for at least one of his songs on the Thriller album. They have a nice smoother rock sound. "Sister Christian" is my favorite.

The guitarist Brad Gillis replaced Randy Rhoads in Ozzy’s band when Randy passed away in a plane crash.

I saw Randy’s second to last show, then I saw Ozzy with Brad Gillis. As upsetting as Randy’s horrific death was, Brad was quite formidable in his place. It was an odd show, while the music was fantastic, you could tell that Ozzy was extremely depressed and Brad looked uncomfortable.

You need to listen to Eddie's Coming Out Tonight from the Dawn Patrol album, then you HAVE to do some stuff from Midnight Madness (You Can Still Rock In America, When You Close Your Eyes, Sister Christian, etc.) Thanks for listening to such an incredible band! Many have said it, and I too believe they are VERY underrated! Still rocking today with new material!
