Good job Garth. The funny thing about this song is that it has my name on it. My Parents are jealous.

The first time I heard this song was on the Jerry Jeff Walker album "Ridin High" around 1975. This song resonated deeply with me. I was in high school, and JJW was one of the many concerts I attended here in the Phoenix area. It was a teenagers smorgasbord of great musicians at that time(Bruce Springsteen, The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, and so many more).
