There are various ways to spend the end of work on weekdays depending on the day, such as cooking dinner and eating, taking a bath, doing laundry, brewing tea, watching prime video, and stretching ☕
When I'm tired, I get some food at the deli on the way home,and then sleep without doing any housework 🐈

【Nabeyaki Udon】
・ Dashi soup 400ml
・ 1 tablespoon of sake
・ 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
・ A little salt
・ udon noodle
Ingredient example
・chicken
・ Leek
・ Kamaboko(fish cake)
・ Spinach ( boil with salt for 40 seconds)
・ Shiitake
・ Raw egg
boil Dashi, add sake and bring to a boil.
Add soy sauce and salt to adjust the taste.
Add chicken and bring to a boil, then add udon and other ingredients.
After boiling, add eggs and simmer to the desired hardness.
[Yamakake Tuna Bowl]
・ 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
・ 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
・ Wasabi
Soak the tuna sashimi in the above sauce
Put on grated yam and rice
