I got reply of my query in mail from ilp support -As part of the hiring process, only shortlisted students will receive further communication on their registered email IDs. My status is showing batched and interview done as for ninja/digital was on 2 Nov 2022 Am I rejected or not?

It doesn't fall under night shift criteria so you don't be getting the NDS. But if there is any shift allowance in your project then you get the money for every shift , morning afternoon and night . Please consider subscribing my channel

@@bijaynitd08 yes that's right , it comes under evening or afternoon shift. There should be allowance for that as most of company provides this.

Hello brother, Its a very difficult question to answer for me..i would suggest you to follow up with the recruiter. It takes between 1-3 months for the entire process to complete. You don't need to worry about the background verification. If you have feed the details correctly and you have everything in original then, just sit back and relax . Verification will be done at their end , it's not your headache.
