La Candelaria neighborhood in Bogota Colombia:
La Candelaria is the town number 17 of Bogotá, Colombia. A historic neighborhood in the center of the city, it is the equivalent of the Old City in other cities. The architecture of the old houses, churches and buildings has Spanish colonial, baroque and art deco styles. It houses several universities, libraries and museums.
It is made up of the La Catedral, La Concordia, Las Aguas, Administrative Center, Egypt, Belén, San Francisco Rural, Nueva Santa Fe and Santa Bárbara neighborhoods. The Chorro de Quevedo is also here. There the city was founded on August 6, 1538 and the first church was built, this town encompasses the historic center of Bogotá Colombia, as well as an important tourist, educational and commercial center.
Quevedo's fountain:
Chorro de Quevedo square is a public place in Bogotá Colombia. In this place, Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada established his military garrison, before founding the city in this same place in 1538. It is located on Calle 12B with Carrera 2, in the historic center of the city. It is framed by colonial constructions from the beginning of the 20th century.

es una zona que necesita, extremar la seguridad con tanto publico, recoger las basuras (despues de la rumba queda un basurero enorme), hay suficientes canecas? existen banos publicos (pagando, claro esta), al otro dia esa zona despide un olor a orines desde metros de distancia.

Aprovecho este video para denunciar que tanto la plazoleta y el embudo requieren un face lifting completo, desde nueva pintura, instalacion de banos e inodoros (pagando, claro esta), instalacion de botes de basura, renovar elempedrado del embudo. Ese sitio dedpues de la rumba queda oliendo a orines y lleno de basura.

Con respecto a hace un año que fui, creo que esta muy renovado. Lo molesto para mi son los vándalos que destruyen los hermosos graffitis, creo que ha mejorado pero si es posible mejorarlo mas, bienvenida la autoridad que lo haga, porque es un sitio hermoso que es visitado por extranjeros y locales.
