I've been to Iriga City in Camarines Sur many times, and Ive actually never seen it this slow paced. The vibe was due to Holy Week, which most people stay home or travel to a resort for the week, which is why there were hardly anyone on the streets. I still had a good walk, and it was nice to see Iriga City again.

I was in Iriga for about 4 months sometime on 1967 while detailed at NPC and still a sleepy town that time but loved the people who are friendly.
