For all the people asking who this guy is. He is not Add from elsword. His name is Accelerator and he is from the anime a certain magical index (toaru majutsu no index in japanese). And no, its not Accelerator that looks like Add its Add that looks like Accelerator. There is even some talks about Add being based on Accelerator but I can't confirm that. the anime with Accelerator came out in 2008 whereas Add was introduced around 2013-2014.

I heard they had the same voice actor in the KR version, but I've yet to find conclusive evidence of one being solely based off of the other. I mean let's face it, every time someone see's a character in anime that looks like another, it's "OMG they were so totally based off of this guy. 100% proven right now. This is a fact." But, if someone could send me a link proving this it'd be a decent little fun fact.
