new favorite song! it is about his grandparents Anne Mulligan and William (John) Sheeran, they passed away 7 years ago, his grandfather was prodestan from northern Ireland while she was Catholic from the south, they fled to the Wexford border, she listened to the song and her reaction is on youtube, she was cool about it but from the article I read explaining the video she had tears in her eyes and was very touched.
