Shinobu and Giyuu. I'd like to believe that GiyuShino is a canon ship, since the phrase "The moon is beautiful tonight" means "I love you" and (manga spoilers) When Shinobu dies, Giyuu is seen devastated, if you compare his reaction to Rengoku's death. Even more evidence that this ship is canon.
