Ah, I love this song. I am -technically- considered a pagan, being as I believe in the Greek Gods. I used to be Christian, yes. *Do not continue reading if you don't want to hear dissing of Christianity, do not want to hear my life story and/or opinions, or are squeamish with some words such as a lot of cussing or words that such as 'sex' Also, if you have anything rude to say please read the whole comment and give reasons to what you are saying, don't just say I'm wrong because you felt a 'presence' in Church.* But then realized that I don't actually feel for it, and that it's fake -to me-. So by 'Take me to church' to me -personally- it means because I am kinda forced to go to church at the beginning and ending of my school years. Since I go to a Catholic school and have a catholic family. "They tell me worship in the bedroom" at my school, they teach us "Grow up, get married, have sex, have babies" in a nutshell. All I think to that is: What the fuck.Just seriously, did you just tell me. That all human life is to make more humans??? And, I prefer the original version of this song, for no other reason then gender names, however I absolutely love the female version voice, mainly because my crush is a female, (I am a bisexual, let love be love and grow the fuck up if you have a huge problem with it.) and those brackets lead me to my next dis to Christianity, in the Christian bible the Christian God is just like "men and woman have sex," wat. I'm sorry just let me laugh. Okay so, lets pretend the Christian God exists for a minute, so he made us all in his image, so doesn't that mean, that we would all believe in him? because he must be pretty bipolar if there's this many personalities in the world. Or maybe, looks? Nah, we are all different when it comes to looks. So what does _that_ mean? We are all different, we are all equal. And if he made us all in his image, how do we all believe different things?? Because does he believe in himself? or no? I guess he's half depressed. And not to mention, let me quote the best show ever "He'll throw you in firey pits of your worst nightmares if you do something wrong, but he _loves_ you!" I'm not sure who exactly said this and the wording is off, but it's what the guy said in a nutshell. And now we move on to the 10 commandments. Okay they're great, stops people from killing other people, but well, "1. You shall not worship any other God before me" Okay, so you created the world and you cannot accept one. persons. fucking. beliefs. because. you're. so. full. of. your. fucking. self. 'The definition of love' they call this 'God'. In my opinion it's more like the definition of being a Bipolar, unaccepting, bitch who will throw you in the firey pits of hell if you hate him. Okay so, Hades isn't a _bad_ person, He's the god of the Underworld, Thantos is the God of Death. Neither should be feared. And to be honest, I don't imagine Hades realm such a bad place??? Its Tartarus and Chaos you should be scared of. You know, Chaos is Tartarus's father I think?? Yeah I'm bad at family trees. Now, I feel like this has gone off topic but oh well, ADHD. Hell, be scared of Gaea! The Gods I believe in aren't all powerful, they didn't create the earth (Chaos did), Heck, Tartarus could even kill them, despite the fact they are immortal, but they seem legit and real. Like, my best friend screamed "ZEUS YOU BITCH!" at the sky while we were walking home today because it was POURING rain, like, hard. and we heard thunder. Of course I tried not to laugh at her, but it was funny. Either way it started raining harder after that, but to be nice and apologize for my friends behavior in a way I had also yelled "THANK YOU FOR THE BEAUTIFUL RAIN" to the sky. Also, here's a fun fact, did you know that Christianity is really just the Egyptian scriptures in those big pyramids for dead priests copied and changed names? They are the EXACT same story and Christianity came way way way way later then that. Sure, Jesus was a real person, yeah, I think that Mary could have been a daughter of either Poseidon or Dionysus and the other could have talked to her and told her she was going to have his child. That way, Boom. Jesus gets 'epic wine powerz and can walk on waterz'. It makes enough sense to me. Now if you're still reading let me just congratulate you right now. Now back to my life story of relating to this song, I have unintentionally described the "Shrine of lies" part, 'Offer me that deathless death, good God, let me give you my life', Well I can see the second part as sarcasm, in a sentence, it could be "okay I be your slave and do this and that and this and that for you all day forever, GOOD GOD, Let me give you my life!" in that context, rather than "Oh Good and amazing God let me give you my life" in an honest way, "My lovers in the sunlight", well this is self explanatory, no? Okay, well I like someone and they're like the light of my life. 'My lovers got humour, he's the giggle at a funeral" well, for instance they HATE obeying teachers, I would tell stories but then if they found this comment they would know I like them xD And they can make ANYONE laugh and ANYONE smile at ANY given time, like, whenever I'm simply around them I smile. not to mention when we're telling jokes, sending pictures of memes we find, etc, then you could say I'm simply _dying_ of laughter. "I'll tell you my sins so you can sharpen your knife" oh you don't even know, I know just this right here is going to get me tons of bashes from a ton of -ignorant- Christians -who cant read warnings.- Now, if you're still reading, don't get me wrong I love the song and it's lyrics, it defines me perfectly. "Knows every bodies disapproval" let me just say, they may be perfect and wonderful but they know exactly what buttons to push to piss people off, they never do that to me though, since we're best friends they don't even give me those pretend-joke insults. Now, to be honest I am writing off the seat of my pants with no plan of what I'm writing and have currently been writing for 37 minutes. So I may as well stop now and leave you guys to bash me

WarriorCraft Dusk Nice rant. I agree with the fact that "God" won't let you worship others. Like c'mon dude, you created everything. And you mean to tell me a little snake fed a chick an apple, and corrupted the entire human race?! Like one, how the fuck did you let that happen and why not fix it? Two, even if you couldn't fix that why do we have to pay for their fuck ups? Then in the new testament jesus comes in (Spoiler!) then dies, then no more sacrifice and shit, just prayer. And possibly wine and bread but hey, free food! Seriously it just doesn't make all that much sense to me. Now I don't really care for religion in general but its cool to look at and read up on some stuff for all different kinds. But being forced to grow up catholic caused problems for me and chrisinatiy.
