So you can have family here or elsewhere The internet is very accepting and understanding place if you look in the right area. So if family is hurting you then they have no right to call themselves your family. Family are those who are kind and understanding they take care of you when you need it and look after you. Cute cat❤ Gak kerasa sdh 2 tahun berlalu sejak terakhir kalinya aku depresi berat, I tried to keep my head on straight sampai saat ini masih healing. Sekarang aku kelas 3 SMA menjelang PAS, walaupun nilai ku hanya ke isi 1/10 aku pingin lulus, tiap kali kepikiran nilai rasanya ingin nangis. Tapi dibanding tahun-tahun lalu aku hari ini sudah lebih membaik. Dari awalnya dipukuli ditampar dibentak dibanting dipermalukan depan umum dibuat hancur mimpiku, aku masih berusaha buat berdiri tegak. Sampai aku masuk SD, keadaannya makin memburuk mau dirumah disekolah dan dilingkungan. Aku yang gak pernah kepikiran selfharm gak nyangka bakal denger teriakkan teman sekelas kalau dia ingin mati saja. Aku yang gak tahu apa-apa mendengarnya jadi depresi, disana aku difitnah dan tambah dikucilkan. Masuk SMP kehidupanku sangat amat berantakkan lebih daripada SD, saking depresinya tanpa aku sadari aku mulai melakukan selfharm, dari makan tisu&kertas, menjambak rambut, menjedotkan kepala, mengigit bibir, makan daun liar sembarangan, minum stock obat dirumah sembarangan, minum minyak kayu putih, menusuk-nusuk paha sendiri dengan gunting, minum minyak bekas masak, makan potongan kain selimut, membawa pisau setiap hari kesekolah, sampai kepikiran untuk bunuh diri dimana dan bagaimana. Aku waktu itu tidak tahu kalau yang kulakukan adalah selfharm, dan terlalu naif untuk berpikir tentang bunuh diri. Aku sendiri tidak tahu, jadi tidak ada yang membantuku. Walau begitu akhirnya aku meyakinkan orangtuaku untuk pindah sekolah yang aku mau, sebagai gantinya aku(secara sepihak) harus berfikir positif dan semuanya akan baik-baik saja. Aku pindah ke sekolah yang sangat amat rusuh, disekolah itu tiap semester ada saja yang dikeluarkan dari sekolah karna tingkahnya, saat lulus/dikeluarkan tidak sedikit yang putus sekolah, tapi aku merasa membaik setelahnya. Sejak kelas 2 SMA aku pindah sekolah lagi, beda kota. Sayangnya aku merasa down dan berhenti mengerjakan tugas-tugas dan masuk sekolah. Sampai saat ini aku menyesalinya, tetapi saat ini juga aku masih bermalas2an. I'm so useless. 1 hal yang kutahu dan hanya aku yang tahu, kalau I'm doing it at my own pace. Paling nggak aku healing, dan aku masih menegakkan kepalaku keatas, aku berjalan sambil mengobati diri. Suatu saat kalau aku merasa baik-baik saja, semuanya akan baik-baik saja. Dan aku akan benar-benar bebas dari semua tali yang kusut ini. Sayangnya aku nggak mendapat bantuan dari siapapun, aku juga sampai saat ini nggak tahu bagaimana keadaan pasti mental&fisikku. Tapi, saat ini, aku sedang duduk mengobati diri sambil bersenandung (lagu sedih) dimeja yang bertumpukkan kertas-kertas didalam ruangan dengan pintu terbuka, menunggu seseorang untuk menarikku keluar.

The worst day of my life is when i showed my report card to my parents.. (I should've been really happy cause the first time in my life i got all A's) but they didnt even acknowledge it they just gave a little smile and kept with their day, And it made my heart break because I tried so hard to fit their expectations and now that I got one of the things they keep holding above my head. They didn't give me some reassurance that I did well. All they said the next day was ,"You better work hard this quarter and get all A's again." And I might sound spoiled for saying this but for the first time in my LIFE getting all A's i expected something more instead of a look of approval but i guess ill just shut myself in further like always

I only spoke about it last September (when I was 19 and started different course) I'm still suffering now. I remember when I was 11, I hate myself and wanted to kill myself. So I self harm. I still do now but i got help (med and counselling). There was one time where I self harm in college Coz none of my friends was there, they told the teachers. I was like 😑😒. That scars stay there for weeks Coz it was that bad. It all heal but I can still see it. :/. Someone keep saying to me just forgot about it. She don't know what it like to be me. I got anxiety and depression.
