I kinda feel like you are trolling as that is not really possible. Freezing at 301 is and happens on all vids as after you get 301 views KZbin pauses the counter and makes sure they are legit views and not from bots. That's how vids can have thousands of likes yet only 301 views. And it will only ever freeze on 301, not any other number.
