Sometimes when telling a story in a narrative campaign things arent perfectly balanced and one side has a major victory. I often see people complaining about balance in a narrative campaign but it kind of misses the point, in my view. As to free hand filming of battle reports, some of us like that more intimate style. I know I do.

I think the Ogroid only gets +1 to hit and wound if he was wounded earlier in the same phase, not turn. Also, I think the Fatemaster gets to be within his own aura of +1 to wound. Should have played it out though, knowing Tzeentch werent going to win or get their grand strat, use the fate points to summon, hold the objectives with horrors, but if time was against you, I understand why you didn't....but then it hurts to lose a territory on the map to a game that was called. well played both, an enjoyable watch as always!

I don't know if there is a narrative reason for why Tzeentch isn't summoning, but that is an insane handicap.
