When you guys did the Halloween event and had special Halloween theme'd rewards, I was honestly a bit nervous because a lot of games now a days have so much FOMO. But then when the Halloween event came to an end and you all announced that it's okay if you weren't playing around that time because you can still earn those rewards, that honestly earned a lot of respect and brownie points from myself and others. If future events, such as the Winter event, don't have FOMO and you maintain putting them in their separate "Special Events" tab, that would be absolutely huge. Super glad to see how well the Dev's have been working to make the game better and didn't abandon it just because of an unfortunate launch. Here's to a bright future!

I have to say, I just started playing this game again in December (I bought it when it first came out) and it’s been a blast. Definitely an excellent survival crafting game. Love the regular updates as well!

Very happy for the augments changes, hate having to keep moving augments away from tables to have the set of bonuses I want for a certain item. Saves a lot of time and annoyingess !!! Great stuff and cant wait for that to arrive soon! :D

I'm excited to see how self sufficient the npc workers behave...one reason I quickly gave up on Aska was because just getting the necessary tools made for the npcs in it was a constant slog. I was so busy taking care of them that I rarely got to ever leave the base!

Player-created NPC colony towns when? :) Something like.... create "colony" recruit NPCs tell NPCs to go to your colony where they will live/work maybe have a max number of NPC colonists per realm maybe require a special magical structure that provides a larger protective radius than the estate cairn maybe require a special gate for RP purposes that allows the NPCs to "leave" if ever the realm gets "lost" (player inactivity or whatever) maybe have an option to "send" NPCs to Nightingale city when that becomes a thing (saving humanity is kinda our thing after all)

That's an interesting shirt you got there, mate. ...y'know, Yoshida has a collection of interesting shirts, too. Bit of a tradition, around those interesting shirts. ...I theorized a while back that there was a very interesting aesthetic to a certain class of antagonists, in game. And, more recently, I find it interesting that the Sheliak Quest option requires a particular kind of component, yeah?

so, not sure if devs read the comments here on YT but would it be at all possible to have a little sound cue put in that plays when a food buff falls off? I live off of hunger potions because my vision makes it hard for me to keep up with the buff icons so I never know when I've lost a buff and need to eat for it despite my hunger bar still being full lol

Don't invest too much time. They deleted everything once, they will do it again. There are always fanboys telling you "every game does it" (which is a lie) but the lazy programmers will take it as clue that they can delete instead of investing a few hours to migrate data.

sooo.. I have a question about the "listen servers" how will that work? exactly? LIke do we have to make another new character? or is this going to be like "ofline" mode where we cant have out character go from "offline" to online and back again? is it ALSO going to be separate from "online" modes?

They haven't stated that they won't, but I think you will need to wait for them to have had actual released the 1.0 edition before that would consider porting to consoles.

I wish you will put an emphasis on the story, cutscene, that kind of thing to get more immerse into this world. I feel like there's not enough survival games that do that and it's a shame cause a good story, a few cut scenes, npcs with voices etc makes you more involved into the world and gives a bit more reason to keep grinding and participate in the world building. For example New World (yes I know its not a survival game) implemented cut scenes and focus on the story telling, and despite the fact that the story is not amazing or groundbreaking , you feel more immersed. I don't know just a thought.

A bit awkward that its today December 17th with no real update. So probably bug crushing after all? I am glad we can have more NPC's as well. Finally i can create a nice settlement that actually does look like a town that functions. Shame i am not hearing anything about the defense mechanics that had been teased way before the release. Let alone some militaristic appearance items seeing that there are soldiers that just look like boy scouts. Uniforms or webbings. Helmets would be nice. This is also being shown in the intro with the neat steampunk mercenary type gear. Seeing we have the elegant fancy outfits, the more rugged militaristic stuff would be greatly appreciated. And i am confident i am not the only one by the looks of things. Same for the base building, more free placebles like palisade walls, sandbags. Medium sized towers? (I am referencing things from the magwytch marshes town) Giving a rugged dangerous look, which the realms are. Anyways, shame there's so little for this update. No mention of the 'coming soon' for item customization.
