It's better than nothing, I suppose. Devil's in the details though. They did this during the financial crisis. Initially you got $7500 but you had to pay it back over a couple years. Once the housing market tanked a little more they upped it to $8000 with no pay back. They'll probably also put some kind of income limit on it - which will really limit the utility. The only people with enough money to buy these overpriced houses will make too much money to get the credit.

That is a lie… remember when they raised corporate tax and we end consumer pay it all.. high prices and ridiculous inflation… Lot of companies kept introducing new fees and raises our bills as if consumers don’t have any say. Where are our consumers right? The interest rate will go back up and people will end up loosing houses they purchased with those $25,000. These people don’t have any knowledge of economy and how do produce results..
