thanks so much for this. I bought a z32 without knowing a damn thing about cars but a want and a willing to learn. Unfortunately for me the guy sold be a TT with low compression and at least 1 damaged piston, with funds limited I pulled it out by myself learning everything from online, now I am gonna tear it apart because thats all i can afford to do, so this is amazing for me. Thanks again

Best tip I can give (been here...) DO NOT use generic shaft seals that come in a gasket set.....use ONLY Fel Pro or better during re-assembly

Great video if you ask me. Very informative. Only teardown video I can find for a z32. And I love mine and did the timing kit and seals by myself. If I need to dig deeper later on, I have a good how to. Thanks!

there is an easy way to take that CAS off. use a medium size 1/2 extenstion bar and tap with a hammer at the top corner near the connector and tap gently until it turns then tap back the other way on the hump part of the CAS as to not damage it. Then it will literally pop out.

I am about to buy one of these cars it's a 93 3000 zx twin turbo Has 96000 miles on the original motor and has had the timing belt changed. My question to you is if I get this car how hard is it to get parts and stuff for it? this is going to be a 1/8 th mile and a weekend only drive car. They are asking 2500 for the car runs good drives good.I have some exp. in engine work but only rebuilding 800 + cc can am and polaris atv engines thanks for your time.
