Since then, people have developed these weird, pudgy, round faces with weak chins & jaws - like they just stopped aging at 10 & it looks very, fucking weird. A lot of that goes to diet & fixing a deviated septum to stop mouth-breathing, which over time, deforms your face - those are the people that have that weird, "fish" profile. You also get a malformed jaw & maxilla when you mainly eat a diet of mushy food. If you eat a lot of hard food as you're growing, you get an attractive, wide smile & well-formed face.

​@terrencemarks7645 it's something LoA does, they have Twist of Fate and Twist of Dread. Fate allows the party to reroll one of their d20s, Dread allows the dm to reroll either their own or one of the party's rolls. It's usually granted by chat donating a certain number of bits
