Being southern myself and having traveled to many southern states, I'm trying to place Bonnie's accent...and what I'm coming up with is post-Kentucky having a Mississippi parent and a Tennessee parent. As in the accent that someone who grew up in Kentucky with parents from the other two states has after they have left the southern state and are attempting to grow out of their southern dialect. The way he fays "Fourth" is distinctly Mississippi, yet the way he says anything with a "ti" or "te" is Tennessee, and the rest of his vowel and consonant pronunciation it is solidly Kentuckian when he's focusing on the accent.
