We had a noise issue in port de pollenca, went on to six in the morning, we complained , along with a lot of other people, nothing was done about it !

Aw Paul what an awful experience but your storytelling is wonderful and so funny! Your video has completely shown the massive flaw in this semi prohibition reducing anti social behaviour and the receptionist sudden loss of English and inability to help shows they don't even care anyway! As for your room I have an experience of a double room (that should have been a single) done out nicely but facilities as much use as a chocolate teapot and it was awful sharing it as a couple, we managed not to kill each other 😂 The fact staff are inefficient and surplus to requirements sounds indicative of an establishment on the decline. Price is scandalous and unjustifiable and thank you for these reviews they are so important for people in their search for good, affordable places. Take care ❤️ x

Hi Paul sorry to hear you had a bad night but I know I won’t be your last. There are people out there that have no consideration for others when on holiday. I’ve done Palma Nova 15 years ago and I had the same experience but my room was above reception 😂. I’ve done Benidorm four times and never got that 🤷🏼‍♀️. I was watching last night live and someone mentioned Tunisia , I did it before a year before lockdown and I did not enjoy it because every time we came off our hotel complex we were pestered by shop keepers, that and alcohol drinks being crap . But must say the weather and hotel staff were great, one place I would recommend in Benidorm is the Corona del Mar in the old town stayed the for my 50th birthday very happy with everything 😎👍keep up the good work Paul looking out for next vlog . I have just subscribed to watch your videos. I really enjoyed watching this video. I don’t think I’ll be rushing to book this hotel anytime soon. In fact, Majorca is going further down my list of places to visit. I’ve never stayed in S’Arenal, as I believe it’s the German equivalent of Magaluf and quite a few other resorts too. I stayed in Cala Bona, Magaluf, Porto Calom, and Alcudia many years ago. I think Majorca has changed over the years, which is sad in a way.

Not exactly very welcoming looking over the balcony a touch of vertigo for me also,I like my sleep and like you would have been a bit peed off as for lack of Wi-Fi it's a necessity these days. Oh dear Paul. You are bound to get a dud sometimes. At least viewers won't go there, unless they want to tap dance into the night. Haha! Lots of Hotels don't have tiles along corridors any more to cut out this clatter of shoes and echoing, but it is, as you say unacceptable. Hope the next one is better and you get some sleep. Great video. Hotel didn't seem to be welcoming at all. 😏😴

Sorry to see you had a bad experience this time Paul. Nothing worse than yobs making a noise at night/early morning and most likely not Brits this time. A tiny room but not a tiny price :(. Good to see the hotel bar empty and they are having to pay the bar staff for doing little to nothing. They seem to be on a path to self destruction. Of the over 4K views..... Come people hit the like button!!!!

Sounds like a nightmare Paul. The All inclusive to me is just a con for the hotel to save money and us to spend more. I’m tee total so would not affect me but does sound like a rip off.

Stayed in larger and nicer rooms than that for that price! The noise would have done my head in, as would the one socket issue. Bang on right, that room not fit for purpose and shouldn’t even be listed as a double room. Staff sound out of order too, perhaps they’re happy to prioritise certain guests than others, especially ones that couldn’t give a hoot about the other guests. Arenal, seems a bit of a dump?!

Simply outrageous. Just my personal view, but I've found a lot of the Arenal hotels underwhelming and just not up to the standard of Benidorm. Full of Germans with no respect for the British from staff.
