So far I don't think there's any reason why you couldn't react to my video's, all I require is that a link be added that directs viewers to this channel (And the video you're reacting to) so viewers can see that proper credit is assigned to the artwork of my partners in the description. That being said I don't know that your reaction video could be monetized since the original content isn't so I guess that would be the loophole (If you're looking into that. The artwork from the artists I work with is only available for re-use without monetization or commercial value), however other than that I think you're good and would love to see your video's when you upload.
