@Nashaly Soto his personality changes depending on the author/artist. Nightmare is often depicted as caring and protective towards his boys

@Nashaly Soto it's like the AU situation. There's the canon version of the AU, but authors can interpret the story and characters how they like and it simply adds another of that AU. It's not the original, it's an alternate version of it. Same thing applies with Multiverses. So no, the original Nightmare isn't a good person at all, but authors can choose to make him nicer in their version of the Multiverse. I hope this helped clear things up!
