I love that back then there was no dps or aggro meters. You can clearly see the dps waiting before unleashing on Razorgore. This made the next boss "The guild breaker" far more interested as you had 4-6 tanks on it fighting for aggro while dps had to wait a bit knowing that time was against you for that fight.

kidgico there were DPS and Threat meters. It was a whole lot easier for a dps to pull a boss off a tank.

I want to point out that these frostbolts (in vanilla) are over 250 damage less than my firemage does with a frostbolt (in "classic" wow)... Something is very very wrong with "classic" wow...

​@U Bie World buffs dont add any spell damage, and talents only add 9% damage (considering arcane frost)... This does not account for the disparities. which is why I focused on spell damage. Enchant wise you can only get 30 spell power at this point, its possible he doesnt have it, but that doesnt come anywhere close to accounting for 250 spell power (more cus you only get 81% of spell power on frostbolt). To my knowledge 1.12 doesnt change the spell damage of frostbolt either... I can see the guy's gear, its MC Gear...

​@@chrismcaulay7805 His gear is likely low on Spell Power as nobody knew how to gear their characters back then, unlike now where we know what decent itemization looks like (MC and dungeon gear also had itemization revamps in later patches to give it more SP). And even if he was geared optimally for the time (unlikely), this is also a guild raiding early into BWL release, likely having barely stepped foot in any raid other than MC, they have far less gear available unlike the Phase 5 WoW Classic era we're in now. These two things can account for hundreds of spell power, hell the ZG head/leg/shoulder enchants are +54 spell power ALONE. He also has zero consumables, whereas I'd hope you're not raiding without the likes of Arcane Elixirs and Wizard Oil at the bare minimum. On top of this all he's hitting undebuffed mobs, with no Curse of Elements to amplify damage. Razorgore himself lacks CoE because even extremely basic concepts like debuff management were beyond the very low skilled capabilities of guilds back in early vanilla. Edit: There's also the higher rank of Frostbolt from AQ20 which you might have now.
