Cemeteries have always been peaceful to me. When I was a little girl my grandmother loved to go to cemeteries and just walk around quietly, reading the gravestones, and she took me with her a lot. So I spent hours just wandering around many graveyards alone, in the silence, reading all the different headstones.

Always wondered where the people in those stories get their insane amount of courage from. When we were teens, my best friend and I once went into a little forest at night because we figured it would be fun and exciting. Not long after entering, we spotted a white plastic chair, very well visible in the dark night. Nothing else. Just a random white chair randomly standing in the middle of the forest. Well, we listened to way too many Creepypastas together back then, looked at each other with an immense amount of terror in the eyes and RAN. Straight to her house. We barely slept that night because of a stupid ass chair.

When I was a kid, we had one of my moms cousins living with us for a short time due to medical concerns. Unfortunately, he died in the hospital due to complications with a treatment he was getting. From time to time, my mom and I would feel his presence in our house and sometimes see glimpses of movement through a doorway as we walked into a room, or at the top of the stair as we began walking up to them. It was always a warm, comforting feeling that he was still here with us. I know everyone reacts differently to that stuff, but as a believer of paranormal activity, I wasn't scared or frightened in the slightest like some of the folks in these stories. The feeling of knowing one of my loved ones is watching over me is a comforting one.

I honestly feel sorry for the spirits that try to contact us and just end up scaring the crap out of their loved ones. I mean it makes sense, I’ve come in contact with some very kind spirits but they are the usually ones that know they are dead, the ones that don’t know their dead are usually SUPER frustrated and confused which can make them lash out in anger. Then their are ‘The Pretenders’, they are always always evil and malicious. Unfortunately ‘The Pretenders’ are usually the most common spirits people come into contact with.

Not exactly a cemetery horror story, but I remember one time ( had to be about 15 or so years ago) I remember waking up in the middle of the night and seeing my friend standing in my room. Now this friend lived a few cities away from me and wasn’t visiting me at the time. He looked at me, waved and then just disappeared into thin air. The next day my mom informed me that he had died in a car crash the previous night.

My mom said that when she was little girl, she used to hear children laughing in her bedroom that she shared with my aunt. Coincidentally, when I would stay at my grandmothers house, that’s the room me and my brother would sleep in. It definitely gave me strange vibes, but it wasn’t scary. It gave off a sort of aura. That’s probably why my mom said she wasn’t spooked out. They were just little children spirits, and meant us no harm nor did they want to disturb us in two separate generations.

Mr. Nightmare need to add the jumpscares and the eerie disturbing music to his vids again. His old videos are gold.

I like them this way. I listen to them to relax. The screaming isn’t really comparable with that lol.

No. These stories are about atmosphere. A cheap jumpscare ruins it.

The grandfather story got me a little teary-eyed. I lost my pop 5 years ago. I have seen him twice since he passed. I miss him so much! I think his grandfather knew that his grandson missed him so he was trying to show him that he wasn't alone and thst his grandfather would always be with him

13:55 I had a similar experience as a kid. My dog had passed away 2 days prior who I had grown up with. I remember waking up in the night and glancing at my through doorway and a few feet behind my doorway was my dog. I was so freaked out I blinked and he was gone. I wasn’t like half sleepy or anything, maybe I was imagining it. He had a appearance of being underwater almost, like blurry. I remember my heart was beating super fast and I put the covers back over my head and went back to sleep. I never told anyone until 3 years later because I was in 5th grade when it happened and knew nobody would really believe me. I’m still not 100% sure if I was just imagining it or not but I was definitely awake and definitely saw him in some sort of way. I’ve had other weird stuff happen to me like this where 2 years prior I had a dream my family and I were in an elevator and my brother was holding a little white bear you color on with marker, 2 years after that dream we were on a cruise and he made the same exact bear, color for color.

I always enjoy these videos, but I have to say, this is absolutely my favorite out of all of them. I think it would be cool if there was a way you could make a series where actual episodes are made reenacting these stories.

a couple days ago i took my dog up to the cemetery by my house to visit my uncle who sadly passed away young. my dog is a cattle dog who is super hyper and isnt scared of much but when we walked into the cemetery he had his tail between his legs and his ears back. he was completely calm the entire time. once we left the cemetery he went back to his normal self. it was weird but dogs can sense things like that
