Hey Amber, I'm not a big leftover person either but certain things taste better as leftovers once all the flavors marinate together. Spaghetti is one of those things. Try it! Or freeze it for another day. Put it in a freezer bag. Also, i do use a pinch of sugar to cut the acidity but i don't like sweet sauce. ❤

Spaghetti is one letter I do like because I like to put some butter in a skillet and pan sear it the next day so good! I never think to put things in freezer bags either that’s smart!

I am a left over person. I feel like it tastes even better the next day since the food absorbs the seasoning n it's been marinating over night. My 2025 goals are drinking more water, become more active, n go to sleep at a decent time. Tfs 😘😘😀

I add way more sugar than that to my spaghetti sauce 😅. But I also make baked spaghetti only which requires more sauce so I would need more sugar in the pot. Try cooking only half a box of spaghetti noodles and freeze your left over sauce for next time. 🍝

I usually always have to have a small cup of coffee before dinner because the whole dinner and night time process is a lot of work! I grew up with my grandma adding sugar to her sauce so I have always added it to mine.
