going tobago in August, i have my eyes set on the sorrel wings and wendys taste the difference. I tried yousuff gyros, ben pork shed, anndres venezuelan , sheridas place and donkeys doubles in the last 2 weeks. Hitting maracas on friday for roti in santa cruz and maybe a bake and shark.

David I've watched all the videos on T&T and love them. My parents are Trinidadian and I have family back in Trinidad. What I don't understand is Why Chef Jason has never cooked a dish? Is this just a title for fun? The other thing is how he talks too much, almost as if he's selling T&T. Mark Wien's guide doesn't talk non stop. He's chill I enjoyed your videos. I will ask my family about Jason if you don't get back to me Yes, I know how to cook Trini food.
