Thank you so much. I'm doing T-bones tonight as well. Just brushing up on all the videos I've watched. Lol.😍😋🥩🥔 On your knives once you get a new set. Never ever use them on anything but wood plates or cutting boards. Dulls your blades like something fierce. Hone after each use as well...😉😉

Thank you so much. I purchased a new set shortly after this video, but did not know about the wood or cutting boards. Going to use going forward so I can keep them sharp :) Appreciate the tips

@@NightTimeMommyReviews Yes. I use only bamboo myself and hone my knives after each use. I do have straight blades. If you have serrated then that's a little different. Honing brings back the sharp edge. You don't have to sharpen your blades often but honing is a must to keep them razor sharp. If you are like myself and like to use ceramic plates or anything other than wood, just cut everything on a bamboo board then plate. Whenever the blade of the knife hits a hard edge it starts to instantly dull it, hence the wood. I hope I just saved your new set of knives. Try to sharpen your old ones and bring them back to new as well. 😉😊😍

That is an amazing deal for the ninja foodi grill xl. It retails for $279. $100 would be a steal for the XL grill

To solve this issue, make sure to salt the meat and let it sit for at least 30-45 minutes out in room temp, this will break down the fibers in the meat and make it super tender and easy to eat. Just don't cook well done, because you it's basically drying out all the juice and burning everything on the steak. Cook medium and you will be amazed.

How much smoke from grilling does it emit?
@NightTimeMommyReviews
@NightTimeMommyReviews 4 жыл бұрын
Hi John, I havent had any smoke come from my units. To limit smoke, I recommend using an oil with a high smoking point such as avocado oil, and clearing the base pan when batch cooking anything :)

Strange, I already saw this video but it didn't show the red line at the bottom so I thought you made steaks again. I remembered thinking the plate of steaks was gonna fall off the edge of the counter when you were cutting them. Oh well, they still looked good.
