English is not my first language, so i had to struggle a lot to find the song "Losing My Religion" (i listened to it ten years ago) when what i could understand by ears was nothing but a man mumbling, and that's how English sounds to non native speakers. Anette got so much hate back in the days but I still think these two albums she recorded with N are their best. Amazing song for sure. Anette's only "fault" was she was not Tarja thats all. Exactly the same case like Ripper in Judas Priest or Blaze Bayley in Iron Maiden. All of them incl. Anette are amazing singers but they had an impossible task to fill their predecessors shoes.

Love their songs, Im not a die-hard-fan but I like some of Nighwish songs. Listening from 2010 if Im not mistaken. So powerful and nostalgic. Now Im 25 and this still lit to these days. 😇 Im from Malaysia btw.

It was the first Nightwish song I've ever heard. This is funny because I was watching music chanel and this music video was emited. I was so young (I discovered it when I was 7) that I couldn't understand metal music yet. You know, young kids prefer catchy pop. But after years I found this video on YT and since then I've been in love with Nightwish.

That's the number one hit of Dark Passion Play ... and the escapist of course... Damn girl... Great strong and clear vocals ... still my beloved song of her era but not the least ! Shine my Gothic queen , shine ! Pirate Jukka Nevalainen , killes the drum parts ... miss you man ! And the bass parts by Marco extremely good ! He' s a technician ! Heads down .
