Nightwish is a Finnish metal band and the Moomins (Mumin) are kind of an iconic symbol of Finland as they were created by Finnish writer Tove Jansson. Guessing that it is just a tribute to Finland, thought there is also I suppose a connection to Floor's last name.

Just to keep you updated on Floor's current activities. Here's some news for you Lee. As there will be no Nightwish live performances scheduled for the foreseeable future, Floor announced on her website to be performing solo at Wacken Open Air and Masters of Rock in 2025. I've been to one of her solo shows in the Netherlands, and it was awesome to see her perform tracks from her previous bands and projects like; AfterForever, ReVamp, Northward (a rock album with Jørn Viggo Lofstad), her solo album called: "Paragon", and ofcourse Nightwish. So it looks like Floor is preparing a series of festivals for next summer. Greetings from the first airborne division of the Nightwish army based at Maastricht, The Netherlands.

Bless the Child is (probably?) my favourite NW song. I love the melody, I love the arrangement, I love Floor,...er, I mean I love Floor's exceptional vocals on this song, just everything about it is typical Nightwish! Please Tuomas, can we have more like this on the next NW album? (pretty please...).

Outfit change for Floor caused her to almost be late back on stage.

Floor had a costume mishap while changing and she was a bit late coming out. If you look at her left armpit there's a zipper not all the way up. She left it like that for this song, the next one, and the beginning of Ghost Love Story. She got it fixed during the interlude of GLS. SHE'S A TROOPER!
